Frequently Asked
Questions
Quick answers to common questions about our dispatch services
What types of trucks do you dispatch?
We specialize in dispatching all types of commercial trucks
including Dry Vans, Reefers (Refrigerated Trailers), Flatbeds, Step
Decks, Power Only, Box Trucks, and Hotshot vehicles. Our experienced
dispatch team understands the unique requirements, regulations, and
best load opportunities for each truck type to ensure you're always
hauling profitable freight.
Are your dispatchers available 24/7?
Yes! We provide around-the-clock dispatch support because we
understand trucking operates 24/7. Whether you need assistance
finding your next load, have a delivery issue at 2 AM, need to
communicate with a shipper or receiver, or have any questions while
on the road, our U.S.-based dispatch team is always available to
help you keep moving.
Do you work with new owner-operators?
Absolutely! We welcome both experienced trucking companies and
brand-new owner-operators. Our team provides extra guidance for
those new to the industry, helping you understand load boards, rate
negotiations, best practices, and profitable lanes. We're invested
in your long-term success and will work closely with you to build a
profitable and sustainable trucking business from day one.
What areas do you cover?
We provide comprehensive nationwide dispatch services covering all
50 states. Our extensive network of direct shippers, brokers, and
freight partners spans the entire United States, from coast to
coast. Whether you prefer regional routes, long-haul cross-country
freight, or specific lanes, we can find profitable loads that match
your preferences no matter where you operate.
How quickly can I get started?
Our onboarding process is fast and efficient. Once you submit your
information through our sign-up form, a dispatcher will contact you
within 24 hours to discuss your needs. After completing the
necessary paperwork and setting up your account preferences, we can
typically have you dispatched on your first profitable load within
48-72 hours. We prioritize getting you on the road and earning as
quickly as possible.
Do I need my own authority?
Yes, you'll need your own MC (Motor Carrier) authority and DOT
number to work with our dispatch services. You'll also need proper
insurance coverage including liability and cargo insurance. However,
we do have lease-on partnerships we can provide help with if you
don't have your own authority yet. If you're just starting out, we
can guide you through the process and point you to trusted resources
that can help you through the FMCSA registration process and get you
properly licensed and insured.
What makes you different from other dispatch services?
We're a 100% U.S.-based dispatch team with hands-on experience in
daily trucking operations. Unlike many dispatch services, we have
established direct relationships with major shippers—not just load
boards and brokers—which means access to higher-paying, more
consistent freight. We treat your trucking business like our own,
focusing on strategic route planning to maximize your revenue per
mile while minimizing deadhead. Our dispatchers provide personalized
service, expert rate negotiation, and proactive communication every
step of the way.
